This site was created by a Virginia Licensed PreK-6 Teacher in 2026, and it is growing into a community of more teachers!
MissNoblesClassroom.com exists for 3rd-grade teachers in Virginia. My mission is to provide high quality reading resources for Virginia teachers. The questions in my resources, even the open ended questions, are built to align and prepare students for the Virginia SOLs.
Miss Noble's Classroom Community is available to all site visitors. Membership includes new lessons delivered to you every month, which incorporate the Virginia State Reading and Social Studies Standards. Members also receive a private community, members only resource library, and much more!

As a JMU graduate and former 3rd-grade teacher, I know how challenging it can be to find high-quality Virginia SOL aligned resources.
My goal here is to give you an extensive tool box of Virginia SOL-aligned resources so you never need to feel like you are spending your time endlessly searching again.
My ultimate goal is for teachers to have more time to themselves. Having grown up in Fairfax, I know how work life balance can be hard to strike when living just outside of Washington. This bank of resources is intended to give you your time and freedom back.
